The new lite version of VenueBooker has been specifically created for use in schools. It now accepts bookings for teachers and departments rather than clients and organisations. This means you can easily track usage of your school facilities - particularly IT suites.

The system features simple visual bookings and complex reporting so your users can easily add bookings but you can track department usage.

You can create repeat bookings for any time period, for example add a booking for an entire term. You can also set a restriction on how far in advance you want to allow your users to be able to book. You can use VBlite across your entire network with as many users as you wish - all can have explicit permissions.
