All Bookings

A report based on all bookings made in the VenueBooker system, irrespective of date, client, location etc

Date Report

A report of all bookings between two dates. An option to only view unconfirmed bookings included with this report.

Room Report

A report of all bookings for a chosen room between two dates. An option to view the booking charge and total included with this report.

Timetable

A report of bookings for each day between two dates, grouped by room. A separate page for each day. HTML export option to view bookings in a web page.

Room Grouping

A report of bookings, grouped by room, between two dates. A separate page for each room. An option to view charge and total included with this report.

Client Report

A report of bookings for a selected client organisation between two dates.

Setup Report

A report of bookings with equipment required by date. Indicating what needs to be where and when within the facility.
